

Furman had a 12 shot lead going into the round and came out of round two with a 24-shot lead over North Florida and Coastal Carolina.
Three Lady Paladins shot under par rounds to give Furman an even bigger lead going into the final round of the Lady Paladin Invitational at Furman.
Individual leader Anna Morgan didn’t make an eagle or an ace in her second round, but the Furman junior was still able to add to her lead on her home course.
Morgan carded a 7-under par 65 on Friday when she made an eagle and a hole-in-one on her way to her best college round and a 4-shot lead.
In her second round, the Furman golfer from Spartanburg, made four birdies on the front nine and added two more on the back with only one bogey to shoot a 5-under par 67 and add to her individual lead.
Morgan now stands at 11-under par after 36 holes and holds an 8-shot lead over teammate Sarah-Eve Rheaume.
Rheaume, the defending SoCon individual champion, posted her second straight round of 2-under par 70 to move up a spot going into the third round.
The Lady Paladins also increased their team lead.

Morgan and Rheaume got help in the second round when sophomore Sophia Burnett shot a 5-under par 67 to move up to fourth place.
The final round is set for Sunday at the Furman Golf Course.
