The Wren Hurricane is going to the AAA State Championship next week as the top team from the Upstate Qualifying tournament at Saluda Valley in Williamston.
Wren finished 3-shots in front of Blue Ridge while the defending AAA State Champions from Woodruff were fourth.
The top individual scores were turned in by Woodruff’s Ben McKinney and Wren’s Dylan Park. Each golfer carded rounds of 2-over par 74.
The AAA State championship will be played on May 16-17th at Bulls Bay Golf Club in Awendaw.
