Chapin and Mauldin’s Pellerin win the Greenwood Invitational

The Chapin Eagles won their second tournament title of the year with a 2 shots victory at the Greenwood Invitational played at The Links at Stoney Point.

Chapin shot a 330 total to finish 2-shots in front of Pickens and 7-shots in front of third place T.L. Hanna.

Eagle golfers Mia Andrade and Lilly Reed Black each carded rounds of 79 to finish in a tie for 8th individually and led Chapin.

Olivia Pellerin from Mauldin was the medalist with an even par round of 72.

Natalie Turner from Pickens and Lillian Alexander from Byrnes tied for second place with Hanna golfers Ivy Schulze and Marissa Scaletta finishing in fourth and fifth.

The win by Chapin follows up the early season championship the Eagles won at the Lady Blue Jacket played at Diamondback Golf Course in Loris.
