With most region tournaments played on Monday a few did not get the results out until the day after. Here are a few more of the Region champions who advance to the Upper and Lower State qualifying tournament,
Next week the only thing teams win, and it is significant, is a trip to the state championships. There are no medalists, no all-tournament teams and no trophies.
Instead the top teams in each Region get their mythical ticket punched to keep their season going as they try for a state championship.

The Blythewood Bengals won the Region 5 5A championship at the Beech Creek Golf Club. The Bengals shot a 309 team total to finish in front of Lugoff-Elgin and West Florence for the Regional title.

The Wren Hurricanes was dominant in the Region I 4A tournament played at Carolina Springs. Wren won the Region title by 50 shots.
Dylan Park continued to turn in one winning performance after another as the Wren senior won his fifth tournament of the year.
Park started off hot making six birdies on his front nine to turn at 30. Park added one more birdie on his final hole to finish at 7-under par 65. He was named the Region Player of the Year.
