The All Star team of high school seniors from the North hold the lead over the All-Stars from the South after the first round of the competition at Stoney Point in Greenwood.
The North has a 5 1/2 to 2 1/2 point lead over the South after the first day of the two-day competition.

Last year the South held a 6-point lead going into the final round only to see the North rally and win the matches 9-7.
With the exception of the 2018 matches the North has claimed the Dru Nix Cup every year since the event began in 2012.

West Florence coach Chris Wegmann’s team includes (l-r) Victoria Callahan and Alayna Fortenberry from Carolina Forest, Kelly Campman – Myrtle Beach, Lora Ledbetter – Conway, Amanda Meno – St. James, Nicole Whatley – Wando, Emily Beiers, and Karlee Vardas from Lexington. Wegmann is being assisted by Coach Greg Hamm.
The competition concludes with a round of singles matches beginning at 9 am Saturday morning at Stoney Point.
