All week Charleston’s Zach Adams talked about patience and a hot putter being the keys to winning the SCGA Amateur.

Adams had the patience not to allow a slow start in the final round and some strong competition to challenge his belief in his game.

While his putter needed the front nine to warm up, when it got hot it produced a pair of birdies and a 30 foot eagle on the 15th hole to wrap up the championship for the future Gamecock golfer.
