The defending AAAA Champions from North Augusta had a very good day at the Upper State AAAA Qualifier. played at Edgewater Country Club in Lancaster.

North Augusta was led by Jason Beggs who carded a 65 to help his team finish on top of the qualifier.

While no medals or awards are given for either the team or individual the only reward for good play is a trip to the state championship ,

The top teams and several individuals advance to the AAAA Championship to be played at Rose Hill Golf Club in Bluffton next week,.

Blue Ridge and Wren led the way at the AAA Upper State Qualifier at Cherokee Valley.

Wren’s Dylan Park shot a 67 for the top individual score.
