Coker saw a three shot lead shrink to just one, but that was enough to win the Converse College Fall Invite at the Carolina Country Club.
The Valkyries shot the best team total in the second round, but at 311 it was just two shots ahead of the first round leaders from Coker.
Coker finished with a team total of 631 while Converse carded a 632 total.
Meghan Holbrooks of Pfeiffer claimed medalist honors with a 36 hole total of 147, 3-over par.
Taylor Mayers from Coker improved by ten shots over her first round score. Carding the best round of the tournament, her second round even par 72 moved her into a tie with Kaitlyn Gribbon from Belmont Abbey for second place.

Converse College golfers turned in the low round in the second round, but missed winning the tournament by a shot.
The top Converse golfer was Tyler Dawson who shaved nine shots off her first round total to move up into a tie for fourth place with Angela Luna of Coker.
Belmont Abbey finished in third while North Greenville finished in a fourth place tie with Brevard.
Members of coach Adam Goins winning team included Taylor Mays, Angela Luna, Kellie Smith, Ana Orlov and Amber Winburn.
